Shipping Policy for ABRY Music

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://www.abrymusic.com ("ABRY"). We aim to deliver your products efficiently and securely.

1. Shipping Destinations

1.1 Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.
1.2 International: We offer shipping to [list countries, e.g., Canada, UK, EU, etc., or state "select international destinations"]. Contact business@abrymusic.com for availability if your country isn’t listed.

2. Shipping Rates and Times

2.1 Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. Rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.
2.2 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
2.3 Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.), 7-21 business days (international).

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (U.S.), varies by country (international).
    Estimated times exclude processing and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Track your package via the carrier’s website.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

4.1 Lost Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact business@abrymusic.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.
4.2 Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

5. Returns

5.1 Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened or defective physical items. Digital products are non-returnable unless defective.
5.2 Process: Email business@abrymusic.com to request a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items (e.g., oversized merchandise). Hazardous materials or restricted items may not be available for international shipping.
